The well lit room is in a typical Maltese 2 floors townhouse situated in a quite neighborhood in a central area called Marsa, 20 min walk to Valletta, 5 min walk to the Harbour, 10 minutes walk to the super market, 10 min walk to all bus stops which take you to all destinations around the Island. (8 min bus drive to University)

The room comes with an access to a common area arts studio which can be used as a workshop, access to a large roof top terrace and as well a small internal yard.

Price does not include:
1.Smoke detector
2.Food
3. Air conditioning (Fan and heater available)
4. Deposit of 50 euro (in case of damages)

Responsibility includes keeping clean, having a sense of belonging and respect towards housemates.
