15sqm bedroom in a shared 200sqm apartment in Attard. The bedroom has access to a large terrace. The apartment also has another SW facing terrace attached to the living room. The bedroom has an airconditioner and smart TV as well as internet access point in the room for cabled or wifi internet.

The apartment is cleaned weekly. All cleaning supplies, utilities are included.

The owner, 42 year old professional guy lives in the same apartment and is looking for someone professional and friendly to join. Preferably non-smoker and someone who works during the day and not night shifts.
