The apartment is large (200sqm), modern, and very well equipped. The maximum number of people in the apartment is 5. The apartment has 2 terraces with outside seating. There are 2 bathrooms, both with a walk-in shower. The shared bedroom being advertised has its own ensuite bathroom. There are 2 washing machines and 1 tumble dryer. In the kitchen you will find an oven, microwave, dishwasher, hot tap water, 5-stage filtered drinking water from the tap, 2 larder fridges and 1 larder freezer, a gas cooking hob and all the small gadgets you need like pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, a kettle, toaster, sandwish toaster, rice cooker, egg maker, slow cooker and more..

The bedroom is airconditioned and I provide all the bedding (quilts, pillows) and sheets required.

500mbps internet and wifi is available throughout the apartment, also via routers in each bedroom for good connectivity.

Included in the rent are utility bills, gas, internet, weekly cleaning, laundry detergents and cleaning supplies such as cleaning detergents, toiletpaper, kitchen rolls, garbage bags and more.
