So I'm looking for someone to rent a single bedroom with private bathroom in a large (130 sq. meters) , bright and very well located apartment in Saint Julian's-Sliema area just in a few minutes walking distance to a bus stop in Baluta Bay. Equiped with everything you may need ( TV Set , AC, Wi-Fi , washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery, sheets and blankets, etc )

Even though location is in a central area , it's very quite, so you will never be bothered by a noise pollution from the road, bar or a construction site.
Prefer to share an apartment with a humble, kind and tidy person with a respectful attitude to a personal space.
No agency fees. Just one payment of 575 euros per month plus shared 50/50 utility bills ( shouldn't be more than 60 euros per month).
Move-in date is 1st of June 2024.
