Double bedroom in Naxxar w/ private bath in large modern apartmen

The apartment itself is large, with 3 bedrooms (one to be kept spare for guests), utility room, and large open plan living area, complete with a big balcony. It’s pretty much brand new at just over 2 years old, with the current occupant being the first person to move in.

Communal Living space – Big open plan area, with large sofa in front of TV that leads to large terrace complete with BBQ, dining table, and benches. The view from the balcony is amazing, as you can see all the way to Qawra and the sea, plus some of Mosta and up to Mellieha. The sunsets at night are spectacular. The other side of the living space see’s a large kitchen with plenty of storage, fully equipped for cooking, decent size fridge freezer, dishwasher and an island with a breakfast bar and stools down one side. Next to that, you will find a large dining table/area.

Bathroom – You will be the sole user of the main bathroom, which comes with a bath and shower attachment. Please note that guests to the apartment will also use this bathroom.

Utility Room – located by the front door, which houses the washing machine, cleaning materials, and anything else you should want, there is plenty of space for storage.

Spare room - available for guests and extra storage

What’s included? - for the monthly €650 rent, this will include internet, and use of IPTV and Netflix on the main TV. Water and Electricity are extra, as well as the cleaner (comes approx. every 2 weeks).

Existing tenant – 35-year-old man, laid back and easy going, works in gaming. Quite a sociable character, but equally enjoys a bit of his own space from time to time. Likes to keep the communal areas nice and clean and void of clutter. However, won’t go mad because a saucepan has been left in the sink for a few days. Doesn’t mind housemate having friends over for drinks, dinner, BBQ’s as would be likely to do the same.
