We are looking for ONE new roommate as of 15 December in our spacious, well-located and nice apartment in Sliema! We are looking for someone aged between 24-28 who is planning on staying with us long-term (6+ months minimum!).
The flat is very spacious, light and is fully equipped with everything you might need: Washer/dryer, full-size fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, tv, etc. The room is equipped with loads of storage, a desk and an A/C.
The rent is about €480/month with around €25/month for utilities. The room is not exactly the same as the one in the picture but very simlar.
You would be living with 3 others:
1. Buket, Turkish who only has DJ friends and works in iGaming;
2. Benoît, French who hates cooking and works with refugees;
3. Claudia, fun Italian fan of Barbie and works in HR.
As we are all working during the week, we are looking for someone who has a working rhythm as well, and who is easy-going, friendly and open :) We enjo hanging out so we're looking for someone who is open to that as well!

To introduce myself briefly, I am a 21-year-old student at an engineering school (ESTIA near Biarritz) and my name is Brieuc Mandin. I am French and I am in Malta for a 5-6 month Erasmus student mobility program.
I had found accommodation for my first 2 months in Malta in Sliema, but I currently need to change accommodation by April 1st. This would be to stay there until my departure around late June or early July. (It is possible that I may stay until September if I find an internship in Malta).
Having already discovered the rather pleasant environment of the city, I would like to be able to stay for the remainder of my time here.
My daily routine is relatively normal since I attend classes in person every day. The only difference between someone who works and me is that I return home at the latest by 3:30 PM, and then I work from my room on my assignments and personal projects. I do go out a bit, of course (but not excessively), and I know how to remain discreet so as not to disturb others.
