Spacious room with a double bed, private bathroom, balcony and AC

I'm searching for a new flatmate to join me from 1.11.2024 in my beautiful maisonette in Swieqi Ibragg. I'm 31 yrs old girl, I search for a clean and quiet flatmate to create a family atmosphere in my place.
The room has a brand new AC, private bathroom with the shower and a balcony. There is also a second bathroom that I use with the washing machine inside. Flat is fully furnished, with the dishwasher and induction cooker. :)
Smoking inside the flat is not allowed.
I live close to the bus stop Mezza (walking distance 2 mins) and to Greens supermarket (walking distance 5 mins). We have also bus stations Pembroke Park&Ride, post office and other facilities closeby. I'm waiting for your messages. Everything (internet, utilities) is included in the price. Deposite (1 month rent) paid on the day of signing a contract. May be needed earlier if you'd like me to keep the room booked. I can only sublet to people from Europen Union, sorry for inconveniences.
