The apartment has a modern and spacious kitchen with an open living room and a second balcony. Located 1 minute walk from seashore and Ponsonby bus stop.
Available from the 23 of December/ rent is due on the 28 so you will have some free extra days .
Price is 660 per month plus 50 bills (to be recalculated based on the actual bill consumed at the end of the year )
Also need to pay one month deposit and the 350 fee of the agency. Authority contract provided by the owner.
No pets allowed only females clean and organized.
