Cozy Single room in Bohemian House with Friendly Cats

Cozy single room for females- 400 E includes water, electric and WiFi and some cleaning.

Stay with me in my newly refurbished Bohemian house. Located in a vibrant but quite area of Malta, San Gwann, which is well connected. Electricity, water and Wi-fi is included in the price. Use of common areas, such as the fully equipped kitchen and the sitting room as well as the garden and pool. Bed linen and towels provided. Town center, bus stops and plenty of shops are three minutes away on foot.

Friendly cats live with us so ideally you are a pet lover. Kitchen is fully equipped as it's my house and kitchen and i love to cook so i have everything. There is a gas bbq in the garden too. I have a hair dryer, iron, washing machine etc. You can smoke in the garden but not indoors.

There are two bathrooms that are shared between 4 girls (I have my own bathroom) If you rent a car/scooter you are welcome to park in the drive in.

Me and my husband live on the premises and we rent out 4 bedrooms to 4 girls but it's a large house, upstairs and downstairs so it doesn't feel cramped. Because this is a communal house we do not allow guests so that everyone can feel safe.

San Gwann is a great cosmopolitan town that is calm and quite but central. The house is very close to all amenities like bus station, supermarkets and restaurants Lidl. It is a quick bus ride to Valletta and a 20 minute walk to St Julians and Sliema
