Looking for a lovely place to call home? I’m offering a private single room in my newly refurbished, Bohemian-style house in Malta's vibrant yet peaceful San Gwann area. The price (€400) covers everything—water, electricity, WiFi, and even some cleaning—no hidden costs!
Here's what you’ll get:
`- A comfy private room with access to shared spaces
like the fully equipped kitchen, sitting room, garden, and pool.
- Bed linen and towels can be provided if needed.
-Two shared bathrooms among four girls (I have my
private one).
- The washing machine is in a separate laundry room on the roof (you can hang your clothes inside or out).
- Outdoor charm: Smoke-friendly garden, a gas BBQ, and a chill space to relax.
The house is super spacious with upstairs and downstairs areas, so even with four girls renting the bedrooms, it doesn't feel cramped. It’s really important to us that everyone feels safe, so we don’t allow guests.
About us:
My husband and I live in the house along with our friendly cats, so being a pet lover is a big plus. I’m passionate about cooking and have every kitchen gadget you could think of, so feel free to whip up your meals or experiment with something new!
The neighborhood:
San Gwann is a calm but central area with everything you need close by—bus stops, supermarkets (including Lidl), and restaurants just minutes away. It’s a quick bus ride to Valletta and a 20-minute walk to St. Julian’s and Sliema.
