Single room in Gzira for rent in a shared flat!

I will be leaving my current room on the 20th of April since I am moving to another Country, thus I am looking for someone to take my place (preferably long-term, but short lets can be considered).
The room has a window, wardrobe, a fan, a single bed and some other furniture.
The price is 380 per month, but it does not include 30 euros of bills (also per month), and the cleaning once per month (10-50 euros shared with the other flatmates, but it could be una tantum).
Accessibility: it is on the second floor (no lift).
Also to consider is the deposit (380 euros) to be paid in advance, and the price of the agency (190 euros una tantum, we can talk about it more in details once you contact me).
The flat is very central and renewed, and has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (shared with one person only), a balcony, a rooftop and the washing machine (you can ask me more details).
There are two people living with me, a girl and a guy both from Chile and both working.
